All Saints' in the community

All Saints’ Church hosts an annual service for scouts and guides on or around St George’s Day, 23 April.

In common with many churches on Remembrance Day, All Saints’ remembers those who sacrificed their lives in war. Uniformed organisations join in the service to demonstrate their grief and pray for the families of those who died.

School services

Autumn is also a time for celebration when local schools hold their Harvest Festival and Christmas Carol services. Anyone who has attended a practice service might be forgiven for thinking it is organised chaos but the services are actually very well organised and credit must be given to the school staff.

Marple Moneywise

Marple Moneywise - a team of trained volunteers from All Saints’ Church - offers an entirely confidential and voluntary service, free to church members and the community of Marple, to help individuals or families prepare a budget of their finances.

See Marple Moneywise.

Marple Christian Care

Organised by CTIMAD, Marple Christian Care provides a service to the community by helping families practically with problems to do with the aged, housebound, sick and hospitalised. It operates from a desk in Marple Library.
