Directions from M60 West

• Leave the M60 at junction 27 (marked Stockport East) straight on to a large roundabout.

• Take the fourth exit marked A626 to Marple.

• Continue up a hill to the second set of traffic lights and turn left along the A626 towards Marple.

• Continue along the A626 for about four miles, through a woodland area, which is on the outskirts of Marple.

• As you enter Marple, turn right at the first set of traffic lights (see photo). Notice the Texaco petrol filling station on the right, and a signpost to All Saints’ Church on the far traffic light in the centre of the junction.

• Continue up Church Lane, slowly over the bumps, up to a mini-roundabout.

• Go straight across the mini-roundabout, to the upper part of Church Lane and past All Saints’ School (left of photo) and the Associate Vicar’s house.

• Continue up to the top of the hill, where you will find All Saints’ Church on the left.

• Turn left into the car park noticing the variety of car paint that generous visitors have left on the bollard at the entrance.
